Guided tours
There are no fixed starting times; depending on the number of visitors there is a waiting time of 20 minutes at most.
Before the start of the tour you are invited to visit the introductory exhibition The Kaiser and Europe in the basement.
Our volunteer guides are ready to get the visitors acquainted with the house, the collection and the fascinating imperial history. Every one in his or her own way, of course.
Would you like to book a tour ? Then use the reservation form below or ring 00-31-(0)343-421020.
On every 3rd Sunday of the month and on Boxing Day there are no tours : you’ll find attendants to answer your questions. On all the other public holidays there are tours, unless these days happen to be on a 3rd Sunday.
Group reservations on request are possible all year round.

Museum shop and tearoom
You’re most welcome in our museum shop in the gatehouse where you will find e.g. historical books, cd’s and lots of nice gifts. Very special are the statuettes of members of the Hohenzollern family, made in Caputh by Thomas Seyfart.
In our tearoom with a seating capacity of 24 persons you can have coffee or tea. If you should want to combine your group visit to the House with coffee, tea and cake, please let us know when you make the reservation.
The shop is open during museum opening hours and closes at 17.30.
